Politics and War has 30 Treasures, each of which offers a percentage based income bonus to the nation possessing it, as well as an income bonus to that nation's alliance. If you defeat another nation with a Treasure in a war, you will take one of their Treasures. If they have multiple Treasures, you will get only one, chosen at random.
Each Treasure automatically respawns in a new nation every 60 days. Some Treasures are restricted such that they can only spawn in a nation on a particular Color Trade Bloc. Treasures cannot spawn in nations on the Beige or Gray Color Trade Blocs. Treasures can also only spawn in nations with a Score between 15%-65% of the #1 nation's Score.
Nations possessing Treasures can also sell their Treasures in the Treasure Trading Center.
