The free territories of Nova Cyberia is regarded to be the freest of all nations, considered a haven for right-libertarians, anarcho-capitalists, social and cultural conservatives, and Christians. It is made up of property owners, proprietary communities, residential neighborhoods, local assemblies, family households, clans, tribes, clubs, fraternities, free associations, mutual-aid groups, mutual-defense leagues, insurance companies, security firms, militias, towns, and city-leagues. They are interconnected by a decentralized network of contracts, covenants, and mutual-agreements.

Although there are a diverse array of models, the most successful and common among them is the proprietary community; it is owned by a single individual that selects community membership, plans land development, tasked with peacekeeping by settling member disputes, and ownership title typically passed down by bloodline; a community aristocracy, owing to those who invest most in the community or hold superior qualities (talent, intellect, wealth, bravery, manner), achieving elite respect and rank (such respect and title also typically passed down by family name); and finally, down to tenant renters and member residents, with whom made prior consent for residency and to respect the community standards.

Nova Cyberia encompasses Arizona, Baja California, Baja California Sur, California, Chihuahua, New Mexico, Nevada, Sonora, and Utah. Nova Cyberia is pronounced exactly like Siberia, but spelled as Cyberia instead, and the people are called Cyberian, with the plural denonym being Cyberium. The common language spoken is Cyberian, which is a Germanic-Latin mix (particularly from English, Spanish, and German). The majority ethno-linguistic groups are as follows: Cyberian, English, Spanish, and German; sizable minority groups include American Indian, east Asian, southeast Asian, French, Italian, and Russian. Cyberia developed its own unique identity, ethnicity, language, and culture, after multiple generations of mixing mostly between English, Spanish, and German. All ethno-linguistic groups tend to spatially separate themselves from others in distant, homogeneous communities and towns; large urban centers, especially the wealthy elites and noble families among them, mix the most.

Nova Cyberia is a highly strict and conservative society. Productive, sustainable, and healthy lifestyles are prioritized, with family and kinship being the center of the social order. Society is very stratified, with a hierarchy in a community of families typically consisting of tenants, landowners, landlords, skilled workers and craftsmen, wealthy merchants and businessmen, security personnel, sheriffs, knights and warriors, wise elders, lawyers, legal experts and judges, religious leaders and priests, heads of noble families, and community proprietor or chief executive, all elaborately tied together by covenants and kinship relations. Moreover, society is highly exclusive, with households, communities, and towns typically having strict admission standards regarding skill, character, intellect, lifestyle, culture, religion, language, and ethnicity, and all entry and residency into a community requires the explicit permission of a given resident or community, overall making it difficult to migrate to most places. Nova Cyberia is also a very devout nation, with most of the population believing and practicing Christianity (95% are Christian, most of which are either Baptist, Catholic, or Anglican), and culture is highly influenced and centered around Christ's teachings and church traditions.

Society is extremely hostile and intolerant of other, 'alternative' lifestyles and cultures, especially ones that indulge in degeneracy (shortsighted pleasures of hedonism and instant gratification), but also statism, communism, egalitarianism, multiculturalism, moral relativism, democracy, anti-family, anti-property, anti-social, non-believers, and heretics. They are considered unwelcome, and are typically ostracized, outcasted, blacklisted, excluded, and exiled from communities, sometimes pushed out of civilized society as a whole.
