Awokia is a young, vibrant, diverse, inclusive, peace-loving nation. Our people's democratic republic supports full DEI in pursuit of revolutionary humanistic social justice. The State provides basic income or jobs for everyone, along with free food, housing, health care, clothing, and education. We tax capitalists at a rate of 97% to fund our programs of social justice, anti-fascism, and anti-racism. Adults can marry any other adults, but parenting licenses are required for sexual reproduction. Unaborted (eugenically normal) offspring are raised in government crèches from age 2 and sent to boarding school (with disciplinary culling) at age 10, followed by five years of social work or military service starting at age 15. We use only safe and sustainable non-nuclear green energy (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal). Red meat, fats, smoking, alcohol, plastics, and guns are prohibited. All recreational drugs are legal. Failure to properly exercise one's body and recycle products is punished by imprisonment and forced labor. Internet access requires a biometric scan and background check. We accept political, economic, or religious refugees after two years of detention in re-education camps. Our people's militia punishes crime, regulates personal consumption of food and goods, and monitors activities of citizens 24/7. We have freedom of speech except for counterrevolutionary thinking that goes against our woke, progressive system of compassionate communism. Political protest is forbidden, as there is nothing to protest.
