Woohoo! Testing the new WYSIWYG editor implementation.

I know you don't know what I'm talking about because it's only setup for changelog posts at the moment. I'll include a screenshot.

08/13/2020 - Tweaking Score, Beige

Hello faithful test server players,

I have made a couple of changes for testing in preparation of a temporary change to the live server. I am planning on re-implementing old beige temporarily as we run some tournaments on the test server with proposed replacement mechanics to get feedback.

Therefore, all wars lost should end in 2 days of Beige time as they once did. In addition to this change, I have decreased the Steel Cost of Tanks from 1 Steel to 0.5 Steel, and I have implemented most of the score changes suggested here: https://forum.politicsandwar.com/index.php?/topic/29498-retune-score-again/

We will do some testing on the test server to ensure there aren't any bugs, and then in theory this should get pushed to the live server relatively soon.

To reiterate again, re-adding old beige is a temporary measure while we take our time to do thorough testing of new proposed mechanics.

07/10/2020 - Military Reset Time

I have changed the military reset time on the test server again so that it should reset at 12AM and 12PM every day (server time) for everyone.

07/08/2020 - Turns Are 1 Hour

I have updated things such that regular turns should fire once per hour (on the hour) on the test server, whereas before it was every 30 minutes.

Military resets should occur once per day based on your update timezone.

This should resolve the issue with military rebuys not working before. If it does not, please let me know on Discord.
