On the imperial demand
The demand has been made, because as the test server again has started to get a life, we should use it in such a way that it's operation stays similar yet distinct from that of the main server.
The First Demand:
The use of the test server's bulletins and world news as the forum of the test server; and all alliances to form blocs, make DoWs and DoEs; and to fight like in the main server;
The Second Demand:
The Discords of all of the alliances are disbanded; and un-officiated, and to make the game more engaging, a few alliances merge together to form larger alliances; and the alliances with greater power to annex those with smaller;
The Third Demand:
A council is formed on the Test-Server channel of the game's discord server; and it is used as the main place for discussion.

To those who may say that this is already happening; this has been done in order to make the new and weaker alliances to participate too in the test server. And the table at the end is because I was unable to remove or after it was inserted. Accept my forgiveness.
