[DoW] The Institute's Pirate Problem

Our alliance has taken in many names. The Forty Thieves, The SCP Foundation, The Bad Batch, 13 Reasons Why, and now, The Templin Institute. Despite the many, many name changes, our #1 goal has always been the same; be better than Grumpy Old Pirates.

For a long while, GOP has been the only ones even capable of competing with us; everyone else is too small a nation. We feel the time is now right to investigate this new alternate world --- a one where pirates reign supreme. It is now our mission to take full control of this alternate world. In order to do that, the pirates must perish.

They say their city growth is unmatched; but we have been matching it nearly since their founding.
