Any and all attacks on members will be met with retaliation. Alliance has a 1% tax rate so that people can access resources and money when needed. Accepting all members, must be active at least once every 2 weeks. Inactive members will be moved to applicant. People with cities of 7 or more automatically accepted.

Alliances have the ability to share their markets with other alliances, effectively creating multi-alliance markets only available to the members of the alliances involved.
