The Antarctic Research Group was established by  Hannibal of Carthage. A pretty fun memey alliance for Antarctic Nations.

The alliance is one of the most powerful in the game and allied with other powerful alliances. Discord is not required, but heavily suggested, as it provides an overall better experience. 

We have billions of dollars in reserve incase it is needed. We give out grants/loans depending on certain situations, and this is the only case where you will be taxed. This is so we can remake the money given to you. 

Members may raid anyone not in a top 5 alliance, or who has a defensive obligation treaty such as an ODP, MDP, MDoAP, ODP, ODoAP, Protectorate, or Extension, with a top 5 alliance. 

Any attack on us or an ally is an attack on the entire alliance.
